These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between our customers and our travel consultant team for the provision of services through our travel guide and UK to Europe Visa Services platform.

We operate as an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any government authority, embassy, or consulate. We provide Europe visa assistance as a third-party service. connecting applicants with the relevant issuing authorities. By using our services, you agree to all terms outlined below. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and changes will become effective once published on our website.

 

Fees and Payment Terms

All fees paid for our visa consultancy, UK to Europe Visa Services, and urgent appointment booking services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to ensure accurate documentation and proper submission procedures, visa issuance and validity remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or visa center. We cannot guarantee approval, duration, or type of visa granted.

Appointment booking charges are separate from the visa fee, payable directly to the embassy or visa application center. We reserve the right to revise our service charges at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate any case at our discretion. Once we accept a case, we ensure that proper procedures, documentation checks, and compliance standards are followed before submission.

Please note that standard and express appointment bookings carry different service charges.

 

Cancellation Regulations

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time. However, we are entitled to payment for services already performed. Once an appointment has been successfully secured, refund requests will not be accepted.

If a customer makes an express request for immediate service and acknowledges that the contract will be fully performed, the right to cancel may no longer apply.

For distance contracts, consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable. However, administrative or processing charges incurred during visa support services will remain payable.

Appointments once scheduled cannot be changed, cancelled, or rescheduled. If an applicant fails to attend the appointment, additional charges will apply for a new booking. We do not guarantee next-day appointments in such cases. Applicants are responsible for adjusting their travel dates, flights, and accommodation accordingly.

 

Decision on Visa Applications

All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consulate or embassy and remain outside our control as a travel consultant and visa support provider. We cannot influence government authorities regardless of whether a standard or express appointment was booked.

We are not liable for decisions related to eligibility, visa validity, number of entries, visa type, or refusal.

 

Limitation of Liability

By submitting your application through our UK to Europe Visa Services, you accept all limitations of liability outlined herein. We are not responsible for any failure to meet visa requirements, actions or decisions made by government authorities, or the performance of third-party service providers such as courier or delivery companies.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including incidental or consequential losses, arising from website usage, service delays, technical issues, system interruptions, data loss, or visa processing outcomes, even if we are aware of the possibility of such damages.

 

Document Handling and Safekeeping

We take reasonable care in handling clients’ documents during the provision of our Europe visa assistance. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to documents that are not in our possession. This includes documents handled by courier services, delivery providers, or consulates.

We are also not liable for document loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Clients should not send original documents by post or courier without prior written confirmation from our support team. We are not responsible for unsolicited deliveries sent to our billing address.

We cannot accept responsibility for travel delays, cancelled arrangements, or accommodation losses resulting from visa processing timelines. Each application is assessed independently, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
